Also known as: Suprenamin Cytamin, Adrenal Cytamin

Bioregulators (Khavinson Peptides)Research phase: Clinical use in Russia, no Western trialsRegulatory: Not FDA-approved. Available as bioregulator supplement in Russia and from international suppliers.

Mechanism

Suprenamin is an adrenal gland-derived cytamin containing peptide bioregulators from animal adrenal tissue. It supports adrenal function, cortisol balance, and stress adaptation, used in Russia for adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, and HPA axis dysregulation.

Technical detail

Suprenamin contains low-molecular-weight peptides and nucleoproteins isolated from bovine or porcine adrenal gland tissue. These tissue-specific peptides are proposed to normalize adrenocortical cell function, modulate cortisol and DHEA biosynthesis, and support catecholamine metabolism in the adrenal medulla. It is used in Russian clinical practice for chronic fatigue, stress-related adrenal insufficiency, and HPA axis restoration following prolonged glucocorticoid therapy.
