Chondramin
MusculoskeletalAlso known as: Chondramin Cytamin, Cartilage Cytamin
Mechanism
Chondramin is a cartilage-derived cytamin containing peptide bioregulators from animal cartilage tissue. It is designed to support joint health, cartilage regeneration, and connective tissue repair, commonly used in Russia for osteoarthritis and age-related joint degradation.
Technical detail
Chondramin contains low-molecular-weight peptides and nucleoproteins derived from bovine or porcine cartilage tissue. These chondrocyte-specific peptides are proposed to normalize proteoglycan and collagen type II synthesis, support extracellular matrix maintenance, and modulate inflammatory mediator expression in articular cartilage. It complements Sigumir (cytomax) and Cartalax (cytogen) in the Khavinson musculoskeletal bioregulator hierarchy at the cytamin tier.
