Chitomur is a bladder-derived cytomax containing refined peptide bioregulators that support urinary bladder function. It is used in Russia for chronic cystitis, overactive bladder, and age-related urinary tract dysfunction.

Technical detail

Chitomur is a cytomax-class bioregulator containing purified low-molecular-weight peptides isolated from bovine or porcine bladder wall tissue. These urothelium-specific peptides are proposed to normalize bladder detrusor muscle function, support glycosaminoglycan (GAG) layer integrity of the urothelial surface, and modulate local inflammatory signaling. It is used in Russian clinical practice for interstitial cystitis, post-infection bladder recovery, and neurogenic bladder dysfunction.
